When Pills Fail: A Real-Life Story of Choosing a Promedon Malleable Implant for Vascular ED

From the valley of Kashmir a 35 year old gentleman living otherwise a healthy and active life he began noticing a pattern two years ago. His erections were inconsistent and sometimes absent altogether, making it emotionally taxing. He visited us for examination and after the penile Doppler test he was diagnosed with vascular erectile dysfunction due to poor blood flow to the penile tissue.
