Bilateral microsurgical varicocele ligation is a specialized surgical procedure used to treat varicocele enlarged veins in the scrotum or both sides of testicles. Using high powered microscope by this we can carefully identifies and ties of the abnormal veins while protecting imported structures like arteries and lymphatic vessels.We had a patient visit us from Tamil Nadu, age 67 with testicular pain. testicular swelling and low libido. He underwent a few tests with which we were able to determine his condition Bilateral grade 3 varicocele. For this condition we suggested him microsurgical varicocele ligation which is the best microsurgical technique with lower chances of complication and high success rates. We prepared him for the surgery and he underwent bilateral microsurgical varicocele ligation in which we carefully tied off the enlarged veins using a microscope to avoid damage to arteries and lymphatic vessels, the surgery was successful and patient got relief from pain, swelling and had an overall improvement quality of life.
